Company

A focused inbox from an independent product team.

ReTicketDesk is built for small support teams that already use Resend and want clear ownership without adopting a broad customer-service suite.

Why it exists

Shared email needed a smaller answer.

ReTicketDesk started from a narrow operational problem: support mail was already arriving through Resend, but ownership, private context, saved answers, and follow-up still lived across personal inbox habits. A traditional help desk solved that problem by introducing a much larger system and another per-seat bill.

The product keeps the useful support layer and leaves the suite behind. ReTicketDesk is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Resend or the companies discussed on its comparison pages.

Product principles

The constraints are deliberate.

Email is the product boundary

ReTicketDesk focuses on support conversations that already move through Resend. It does not pretend to be a voice, social, chat, or enterprise CX suite.

Workspace pricing stays legible

Plans include active teammates and publish the add-on price. The goal is to let a small team involve the right people without turning every login into a full help-desk seat.

Limitations belong in public

The docs and comparisons state what is not available, including public APIs, self-service export, knowledge bases, multi-channel support, and enterprise reporting.

Business and contact

Clear routes for product, billing, and legal questions.

Product and privacy questions go directly to ReTicketDesk through hello at reticketdesk dot com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for paid orders and handles transaction invoices, taxes, and order-related support.

Security practices, providers, privacy terms, and the standard DPA are published rather than hidden behind a sales call.
