What changes the bill and what does not.
Active teammates
Only active workspace memberships count toward the included teammate allowance. Suspended members do not count. Extra active teammates are synchronized to Paddle at $3 per month each.
Annual billing
Annual prices are shown as a monthly equivalent and charged for the year through Paddle. Monthly plans renew each month until canceled.
Ticket volume
Plans are not metered by ticket count. The visible plan differences are included active teammates, history window, and support or onboarding level.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before renewal and keep access through the paid period. Initial paid subscriptions can be refunded when requested within fourteen days; legal rights still apply.
Paddle is the merchant of record and calculates applicable tax. The full cancellation, refund, and service terms are published in the terms of service.
