Terms of service

The practical rules for trials, subscriptions, workspace data, acceptable use, cancellation, refunds, and operating ReTicketDesk responsibly.

Last updated July 9, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of ReTicketDesk. By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or buying a subscription, you agree to them for yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. You must be able to enter a binding contract and may only use the service for lawful business or professional activity.

The service

ReTicketDesk provides a Resend-native shared support inbox with tickets, replies, internal notes, assignment, tags, saved replies, snooze, search, roles, and focused inbound rules. It is not a voice, social, live-chat, knowledge-base, or AI-agent platform. Public docs and the features page describe the current product surface.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

  • Keep sign-in methods, API keys, webhook secrets, and invitations secure.
  • Only connect Resend accounts, domains, and addresses you are authorized to use.
  • Configure access roles and remove members who no longer need workspace access.
  • Provide legally required notices to contacts whose conversations enter the workspace.
  • Do not use the service for spam, unlawful surveillance, malware, harassment, fraud, or infringement.

Trials, billing, and taxes

The trial lasts fourteen days and does not require a card. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Current plan prices, included active teammates, and add-on pricing are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides order support and handles returns. Paddle calculates applicable taxes and issues the transaction invoice. Product support remains available through ReTicketDesk.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before renewal. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is refunded or terminated for cause. An initial paid subscription may be refunded when requested within fourteen days of purchase. Renewal and later refund requests are handled where required by law or when a verified service failure materially prevented use. Send the Paddle transaction identifier, but never card details, with the request.

Customer data and privacy

Customers retain their rights in workspace content and grant ReTicketDesk the limited permission needed to host, process, route, secure, and return that content. The privacy policy, DPA, and security page explain processing and safeguards. Self-service export is not yet available; a verified workspace owner can request assistance with export or deletion.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to preserve message integrity, but no online service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider incidents, abuse prevention, and security work may temporarily affect access. Features may change as the product develops. Material reductions to paid functionality will not be applied retroactively without reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, material breach, security risk, abuse, or unlawful use. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to correct the issue. Either party may end the relationship as permitted by these terms. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and lawful records survive.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights that cannot be excluded, ReTicketDesk is provided without additional warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability related to the service is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event, except where applicable law does not allow that limit.

Updates to these terms

Material changes are published with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; otherwise, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or customer message exports.
